All session bookings are pending until full payment has been received.

Full payment is due within 2 days of receipt of your pending booking confirmation. Please accept and pay or decline the invitation within 2 days of receipt, otherwise the booking will lapse and no longer be held for you.

25% of the booking fee is a non-refundable deposit.

1 week before the session the entire amount becomes non-refundable.

For any mixing and/or editing work done by our engineers, files will only be released once payment is received (in the event that the quoted time for additional editing and/or mixing is not enough, Creative Technology Services staff will advise the requester before doing any additional time over the agreed amount).
