Requesting a longer duration with equipment from Laban

We understand that sometimes you might need equipment for a little longer, however, our maximum booking durations are set so that as many people as possible have access to our equipment.

Sometimes – and only for selected items of equipment (such as items we have multiple quantities of) – we will listen to requests for extended bookings, particularly for vacation periods.

Not all requests can be approved, and they must be received by email to avsupport.dance@trinitylaban.ac.uk at least 7 days prior to the initial collection.

Requests should include:

• The item(s) you’d like to borrow
• The date and time you’d like to collect the item(s)
• The date and time you’d like to return the item(s)
• A brief reason why you need the extension

The request will be reviewed by the Creative Technology Services Manager, who will aim to respond within 1 working day of receiving the request.
